Returning goods

It is possible that you are not satisfied with the purchased products. In that case you can return it.

The products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Pack the products well and always include (a copy of) the packing slip with all customer and order information.
The shipping costs are for your own account.

We are not responsible for the package untill it arrives at our store. It helps to send the tracking number and order number to us through the form below.
